He completed his  APA/CPA accredited Neuropsychological Residency at The Ottawa Hospital.  Dr. Bharadia has taught Undergraduate Neuropsychology at multiple Canadian Universities and has worked clinically in private practice and large hospital settings as a Neuropsychologist within Dementia and Brain Injury Clinics in Calgary.  He is now the Chair-Elect of the Neuropsychology Chapter of the Canadian Psychological Association.

As a therapist, Dr. Bharadia takes a client centred approach, which helps each individual client find their own path when working on their particular psychological or life challenges.  He believes that real change comes from the client’s mastery of new psychological skills and through insights that the client comes to at their own pace and through their own personal lens. To facilitate this process, Dr. Bharadia applies mindfulness based approaches, such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Psychodynamic/depth approaches.  These techniques are also combined with a neuropsychological approach to appreciate cognitive and biological factors at play on the road to psychological change.
